Part Time Sales Stylist: Hudson Oaks 

A successful sales stylist provides the best shopping experience for Retrospection’s customers. This includes visual merchandising, offering product knowledge, assisting with client’s needs, working effectively with other team members, handling cash transactions, answering the phone, stocking/steaming/tagging new merchandise and maintaining a neat and orderly boutique environment.

Responsibilities:

> Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
> Determining each customers needs and offering suggestions or alternatives
> Works effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stock room are clean and well maintained at all times per Retrospection’s standards 
> Actively work with products by steaming, stocking, folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising to maximize selling opportunities
> Protects the security of cash, inventory, and other assets according to Retrospection guidelines
> Proactively educates himself/herself on product knowledge
> Executes markdowns and price changes
> Maintains an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
> Takes initiative in completing daily tasks without being told and comes to work ready to do their best
> Participates in quarterly and year-end inventory cycle counts
> Assists in ringing up sales at register and bagging in a neat manner
> Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store

Qualifications:
>Retail experience preferred but not required
>Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
>Must be able to work days, nights, holiday, & weekends
> Ability to work independently at times  
>Must know how to manage time and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment
